What's the typical turnaround?
Most sessions are delivered within 14 days of the shoot. Rush delivery (7 days) is available for an additional fee, quoted on request.

Do you charge for travel?
Sessions within 25 miles of downtown Atlanta include travel. Beyond that, a travel fee is added based on distance and overnight requirements. Out-of-state sessions are quoted case-by-case.

How much is the deposit?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remainder is due before final delivery. Payments processed via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Do I get the raw files?
Final edited photos are always included. Raw files are not part of the standard deliverable but can be included on request for an additional fee.

Who owns the copyright?
Scola Media retains copyright as the creator. You receive a perpetual license to use the photos for personal, commercial, web, social and print purposes as agreed in the Estimate. NDA available on request.

Las fotos editadas finales van siempre incluidas. Los archivos en bruto no forman parte de la entrega estándar, pero se pueden incluir a petición con un costo adicional.

¿De quién son los derechos?
Scola Media conserva el derecho de autor como autor de la obra, y tú recibes una licencia perpetua. El uso personal va siempre incluido. El uso comercial viene con el trabajo corporativo, de producto y de marca; en bodas, quinceañeras y retratos se cotiza aparte. Podemos mostrar el trabajo en nuestro portafolio salvo que pidas un acuerdo de confidencialidad.
