How much does a wedding photographer cost in Atlanta?
Our photography packages are published: $499 for a 2-hour session, $999 for 4-6 hours with drone, and $1,999 for full-day wedding coverage with a second shooter and 600-800 edited images. You do not need to fill in a form to see the price.

How much does a wedding videographer cost in Atlanta?
From $499 for a vertical social day with three reels, $999 for a 2-hour shoot with a 60-second social cut, $1,999 for a 3-5 minute highlight film with two cameras and drone, and $2,499 for a full cinematic production with an 8-12 minute film. Wedding video includes the raw archive on USB.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Weddings and quinceañeras can be split into 4 interest-free instalments, handled directly with the studio — no third-party financing and no credit check.

Are prices lower in the off-season?
Yes. Weddings and quinceañeras booked between November 1st and April 30th get 15% off. It does not apply to corporate or branding work.

How much is the deposit?
A 30% deposit confirms the date and is deducted from the total. The rest is due before final delivery. Payments run through Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

When do I get my files?
Everything is delivered within 14 days of the shoot, full-day weddings included. Rush delivery in 7 days is available for a 25% premium.

What happens if I need to cancel or move the date?
You can move the date once at no cost if you tell us at least 30 days ahead, subject to availability. Cancellations inside 30 days keep the deposit, which covers the date we held and turned down.

What if it rains on the day?
We shoot anyway. Rain changes the plan, not the coverage: we scout indoor alternatives beforehand and bring lighting for low light. For outdoor portrait sessions you can move the date at no cost.

What if you get sick?
For weddings and events we work with a vetted network of Atlanta shooters who cover under our direction, and the edit stays in our hands so the look does not change. If no cover is possible, you get a full refund.

Who owns the images?
It depends on what the work is for. Brand identity transfers to you outright on full payment, copyright included. On photo and video, Scola Media retains copyright as the author and you receive a perpetual license: personal use is always included, commercial use comes with corporate, product and brand work, and on weddings and quinceañeras it is quoted separately. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask for an NDA.

Is there a second shooter?
Included in Signature, our full-day wedding package. On any other package a second operator is $400 per day, agreed before the shoot. A second angle matters most during the ceremony and the speeches.

What do extra hours cost?
Agreed on the spot and added to the final invoice, at the hourly rate of the package you booked. A full extra operator-day is $400. There are no surprise charges after delivery.

Do you charge for travel?
Anything within 25 miles of downtown Atlanta includes travel. Beyond that we add a fee based on distance and whether an overnight is needed. Out-of-state work is quoted case by case.

Can I combine photo, video and branding?
Yes, and it is the way most of our work happens. Tell us what you need in the booking wizard and you get one plan, one team and one consistent look across everything you publish.

How many photos do I get?
40 edited images on Essential, 120 on Premium and 600-800 on Signature. That is a floor, not a cap: in practice we usually deliver more. Every image is fully edited, never a raw dump — and we never say "unlimited", because you deserve a number you can compare.

Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. The studio works in Spanish and English, from the first call to the final delivery.
